Return Policy – United Energy FZC
At United Energy FZC, we are committed to delivering genuine, high-quality products to our clients worldwide. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted for products purchased via our eCommerce platform https://unitedenergy.ribsit.com.
1. General Policy
Due to the technical nature of our products and global procurement operations, returns are accepted only if the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The item received is defective (manufacturing defect only) or incorrect.
- A return request is submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Used or installed parts
- Lubricants, Coolants and Batteries
- Diesel engines, alternators, or machinery that has been operated
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, the customer must:
- Email us at sales@unitedenergyfzc.com within 7 days of receipt.
- Include the following details:
- Original Invoice or Order Number
- Photos of the item(s) and packaging
- Clear explanation of the issue
- Shipment details with Transport Document
- Our team will assess your request and revert within 5 working days. If the return request is approved, the customer must ship the products to our Jebel Ali Freezone location.
4. Inspection and Acceptance
- Once the returned item is received, our technical team will inspect it for validation.
- If the issue is confirmed (e.g., wrong item, manufacturing defect) and the return is accepted, a replacement, credit note, or refund will be issued.
- If the return is not accepted upon physical inspection, the customer has the right to pick up the returned product from our location on the customer's expense.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued for approved returns and will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds apply only to the product cost. Shipping, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment or as a credit note.
6. Replacement Policy
- Approved items can be replaced with identical or equivalent parts (subject to availability).
- Replacement orders will be processed on priority to minimize customer downtime.
7. Shipping for Returns
- Shipping and handling fees must be borne by the customer for any returns / replacement and the replacement parts will be provided on EXW basis. Shipping from Our location to the destination for replaced parts or rejected parts will be in the Customer’s scope.
