4. Pricing & Quotations

• All prices displayed are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable VAT, taxes, customs duties, or shipping unless specified.
• Bulk order discounts and customized pricing are subject to direct negotiation and formal quotation.
• Any quotation issued is valid for 7 working days unless otherwise stated.

5. Orders & Payments

• Orders are accepted via our website or email based on confirmation of the quotation and payment.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, approved credit lines, and payment gateways (as listed on the checkout page)
• All online payment transactions on this site are securely processed via certified payment gateways. United Energy FZC does not store or access your card or bank details. • Orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of full payment or agreed advance payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer worldwide shipping from our UAE-based warehouse.
• Shipping costs and delivery timelines are provided based on the delivery location, mode of shipment, and order size.
• Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details and any required import documentation.
• Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carriers, or force majeure are beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the technical nature of our products, returns are accepted only for incorrect items or manufacturing defects.
• Requests for return must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt, with supporting photos, packing list, invoice, purchase order and transport document.
• Approved returns will be subject to inspection, restocking fees, and refund processing timelines.
• All refunds / replacements are subject to acceptance and approval from the Principal post inspection. Failure of approval will result in the refund / replacement request to be declined.

8. Warranty

• Most products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 3 months to 1 year, depending on the brand and item.
